Sequentra® in as little time as possible.
Sequentra® Solutions provides Education Services to ensure our clients are both empowered and motivated to properly run and maintain
Sequentra®. Although the system was designed to be as simple as possible, any new technology usually faces some cultural resistance at first. Participating in our training courses accelerates adoption of
Sequentra®, improves productivity and thus delivers rapid and effective benefits.
Basic User Training
This course offers a general overview of the application and hands-on exercises for all
Sequentra® users. It is designed to teach users how to navigate the application, update information and run reports. Participants are shown how communications, costs, contacts, leases and project schedules are managed within
Sequentra®. Team members come away from the training with a thorough understanding of how to best use
Sequentra® for their specific needs.
Basic User Training is available both as on online and on-site course. Clients are advised to enroll users in both an online training course, which remains available for three months after the date of purchase, in addition to an on-site training class.
Online training is simple. Here’s how it works:
- Students training needs are defined.
- E-mail notifications of training directions are sent out.
- Students login to our private training site and take the pertinent
course(s). Course(s) can be revisited multiple times.
- At the end of each course, students receive a certification assessment to test their knowledge.
- Sequentra® Solutions Education Services then tracks results to see who has been certified, when they completed their course and what they learned.
On-site training includes a client-tailored course outline, user documentation and optional certification testing designed to meet a client’s needs and empower and motivate users to effectively use
Sequentra® for day-to-day, proactive real estate portfolio management.
Administrator Training
An additional on-site course is available for those users who require administrative level training. This course covers security features, password administration, access rights, usage audits, troubleshooting, custom views, field customization and ad hoc reporting.
